Enríquez, well-known jewelry designer and gemologist with over 20 years in the profession.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Mr. Enríquez began his career apprenticing with exclusive jewelers in the historic district of Old San Juan. In 1991, he went to Santa Monica, California to attend the Gemological Institute of America. There, he took courses in diamonds and colored stones, pearls and jewelry design, receiving a Graduate in Gemology Degree in 1993. In 1998, he attended the prestigious International Gemological Institute in Antwerp, Belgium, where he studied rough diamonds.
In January of 1994, Mr, Enríquez moved to Miami, Florida, to represent a group of famous Italian jewelry manufacturers in this booming international city. He is now a member of The Miami Bankers Club, The Gemological Institute of America Alumni Association and serves on the Board of Directors of The Janes Stern Library in Puerto Rico. He is also an avid racing car enthusiast and a member of the Porsche Club.
